7 Calendar Days
You must contact us within seven calendar days of the confirmed delivery date to initiate a return request. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
RMA Required
A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be issued by NexaSurplus before any item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
5 Business Days
Once the returned item has been received and passed our inspection process, approved refunds will be processed within five business days.
Original Payment
All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Alternative payment methods are not available for refunds.
Overview
§ 1Due to the specialized nature of industrial surplus, previously used, and new-old-stock (NOS) equipment, all sales are subject to strict return conditions. Returns are only accepted under specific, documented circumstances as outlined in this policy. We cannot accept returns based on buyer's remorse, compatibility assumptions, or change of requirements.
To initiate any return, customers must contact NexaSurplus within seven (7) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Following your initial contact, all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued directly by NexaSurplus. No item should be shipped back without this authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival and returned to the sender at their own cost.
Eligible Returns
§ 2-
Incorrect item received The item delivered to you does not match the part number, model, or description of the item you ordered. This includes cases where the wrong variant, revision, or quantity was shipped due to a fulfillment error on our part.

Damage sustained during transit The item arrived with visible physical damage that is clearly attributable to the shipping process or carrier handling. Photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and item will be required as part of the return request.

Item is defective or materially misrepresented The item arrived in a non-functional state, or its physical condition, specifications, or features differ materially from what was described in the product listing at the time of purchase. Minor cosmetic differences consistent with the listed condition grade are not grounds for return.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
§ 3Contact NexaSurplus within seven calendar days of delivery
Reach out to our team by email at Sales@nexasurplus.com as soon as possible after identifying the issue. The seven-day return window begins on the date of confirmed delivery, regardless of when the package was opened. Late requests will not be accepted.
Submit the required documentation
To process your request, we will need the following information: your order number or invoice reference, the part number and full product name of the affected item, a clear and detailed description of the problem or discrepancy, and photographic evidence of the item and its packaging where the issue is visible. Incomplete requests may delay the review process.
Await RMA review and authorization
Our team will review your return request and assess whether it qualifies under this policy. If approved, you will receive a unique RMA number along with return instructions. This number must be clearly referenced on the outside of the return package. If the request does not meet our return criteria, we will communicate the reason in writing.
Pack and ship the item back to us
Package the item securely using appropriate protective materials. The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as it was received. Include all original accessories, documentation, manuals, and components that were supplied with the order. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package and use a tracked, insured shipping method. NexaSurplus is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds
§ 5-
Processed within five business days of inspection Once the returned item has been received at our facility and successfully passed our inspection process, approved refunds will be initiated within five business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Credited to the original payment method All approved refunds will be returned to the exact payment method used at the time of the original purchase. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different account, wallet, or payment instrument. If your original payment method is no longer active, please contact us before initiating a return.

Third-party transaction fees may be deducted Where applicable, any payment processing fees, bank handling charges, currency conversion costs, or similar third-party charges incurred during the original transaction may be deducted from the final refund amount. NexaSurplus will clearly communicate any such deductions before processing the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
§ 6-
Clearance items Products listed under our clearance section are sold at reduced prices on a final-sale basis. These items are not eligible for return or refund regardless of the reason, unless a material shipping error or transit damage is documented.

Liquidation stock Liquidation items are offered for purchase at highly reduced prices and are considered final sale from the point of order confirmation. No return or exchange is available on liquidation purchases outside of documented shipping damage or material description errors.

Products sold on an as-is basis Items explicitly listed and sold as-is acknowledge that the buyer accepts the product in its current condition, with no implied warranty of fitness or functionality. As-is sales are final and cannot be returned unless the item description contained a material factual error.

Items individually marked non-returnable Certain products within our catalog are specifically identified as non-returnable at the individual listing level. Purchasing such a product constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance that no return will be processed under any circumstances other than a documented delivery error or transit damage.
Required Condition of Returned Items
§ 7Where applicable, the return must also include all accessories, power supplies, manuals, software media, mounting hardware, and any other components that were originally included with the shipment. Items returned incomplete — missing components that were originally shipped — may be subject to a partial refund or may be deemed ineligible for return at NexaSurplus's discretion.
NexaSurplus reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements and to return the item to the customer at their expense.

NexaSurplus reserves the right to amend, update, or revoke this Return Policy at any time and without prior notice. The version of the policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your return eligibility. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
