Shipping Policy

NexaSurplus is based in Zarqa, Jordan and ships industrial automation and surplus parts to international customers worldwide, including Germany, the EU, the United States, and other markets.

Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Zarqa, Jordan. We are an internationally operating B2B industrial parts supplier and do not operate local warehouses in Germany, the EU, or the United States.

We ship to customers worldwide, including but not limited to:

Germany and all EU member states
United States of America
United Kingdom
Middle East and Gulf countries
All other international destinations (subject to courier availability and export regulations)

Estimated Delivery Time

All shipments are international and transit times reflect international courier estimates.

All international destinations:
Handling: 1–3 business days after order confirmation
Transit: 9–20 business days depending on destination, customs, and courier
Total estimated delivery: 9–20 business days after dispatch

These estimates are provided in good faith based on courier schedules. Delays caused by customs inspections, public holidays, or courier disruptions are outside our control.

We ship via internationally recognised express carriers including:

The carrier is selected based on the destination, shipment weight, and availability at time of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total shipment weight and are confirmed before payment or as part of the quotation process. The following indicative weight-based rates apply to most international destinations:

Rates are in USD. Final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout or in your quotation. Rates may vary for oversized or special-handling items.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email after your order is dispatched. You can use this tracking number directly on the carrier's website (DHL, FedEx, or Aramex).

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Since all shipments originate from Jordan, they are subject to customs inspection and import procedures when entering the destination country.

Important: Import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, and any local taxes charged upon entry into the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise in the order confirmation or quotation.

For Germany and EU imports, this means applicable EU customs duties and import VAT may apply. For US imports, applicable customs duties and import fees may apply. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Export Controls

Certain industrial components may be subject to export control regulations. NexaSurplus complies with applicable export laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for items that cannot be legally exported to the requested destination.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence. We will assist in raising a claim with the carrier and finding a resolution.
